In order to ensure that there are no undesirable substances that could cause a reaction with our products, all of them have been tested (on humans, not on animals). If you think you have an allergy to an ingredient, be sure to check the ingredients list on each product page or on the packaging to make sure there is no known sensitivity to that ingredient.

Due to the highly concentrated nature of our products, you will only need a small amount of it for your routine every day. Keeping your products in a dry place and away from humidity is recommended. Check the product box to know the exact shelf life.

Our products does not contain ingredients that increase your photosensitivity, some of them even protects you from UV. However, we still recommend that you use sunscreen to protect your skin and keep it healthy.

While all of our products are cruelty-free and no animal testing has been done, we do not consider ourselves vegan since certain substances that are present in our products may have contacted substances that are non-vegan, like milk protein.

The subscription option we offer will enable you to receive the products you need every period (one, two, three or more months) so you won't ever run out of what you need. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. If you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your order will be delivered between 4 and 14 days depending on where you are located in the USA. Please refer to your delivery tracking information for more information and, of course, if you have any specific questions, we are happy to answer them.
